Most larger projects involve conceptual design that helps all parties visualize and agree on the goals and design of the project. These are generally 2D or 3D drawings that offer some level of technical detail, but not enough for full permitting.

For jobs that require building permits or historical reviews, the design goes into architectural rendering and structural engineering (bringing in experts as needed). Husk handles permitting from application to inspections, to final approval.
